This home is just minutes from some of the best wineries in Georgia as well as downtown Dahlonega.

- This home is set up for both short- and long-term stays. - Each bedroom has bedside charging ports and large closets for all your belongings. The bunk room includes a dresser for additional storage. - Each bedroom includes a smart TV - The laundry room is stocked with all your laundering essentials and the primary bedroom has an iron and ironing board. - There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen for groceries, supplies, etc - There is a pressure cooker/slow cooker combo for guest use, as well as all essential cooking and baking supplies. House Rules

House Rules • No pets in the house with the exception of service animals. • No parties or events at the house, or additional guests that are not part of the original booking • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am – this is a residential area and we want to respect our neighbors. • This property is on a septic system!! No food or chemicals down the drains and only toilet paper in the toilets. • No smoking or vaping inside • Do not move any furniture or remove TVs from the wall • Keep air conditioning above 72 and and heat below 76 at all times • Parking is only allowed within the gravel driveway • Any damages caused by the guest will be their responsibility to reimburse. Hot tub and Firepit Rules • Use of hot tub and fire pit is at the sole discretion of the guests. Children must not use either without continuous supervision from an adult. Guests will not hold the owner responsible for any accidents that occur from the negligence of the guest • For guest’s safety, please only use the provided plastic drinkware in and around the hot tub • The firepit must be completely extinguished with the provided hose at the end of use

Truly a beautiful gem in the mountains. The decor was cozy for Christmas, and you can tell the host went above and beyond with small touches all around the home. Beautiful, comfortable, and so, so peaceful!

The house was comfortable, beautiful and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit while we we were there! Meghan gave gave directions to the house to make it very easy to find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Super cute and quaint home. Checked all the boxes with the open concept so we could all be together. Hot tub and Firepit were a nice plus and the home was very well kept and decorated so cute. Loved the whole vibe.

We stayed here for a family wedding close by. The house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and updated. Meghan always made sure we had everything we needed. We loved spending the end of the day in the spa and sitting by the fire pit. We had friends stay at other houses near by and ours was, by far, the absolute nicest home of the bunch! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Megan's place was clean and decorated very cute.There was plenty of room, very well stocked kitchen. We didnt get to utilize the back yard due to the rain, but it was very nice. I would definitely stay again if ever back in the area. Megan was very responsive.
